APACHE 4 Pro USV

The APACHE 4 Pro is a versatile Unmanned Surface Vehicle (USV) designed to perform a broad range of hydrological and bathymetric survey operations. Constructed from high-strength, high-modulus carbon fiber using HPT one-piece molding technology, the hull achieves a tensile strength of 10 MPa, enhancing impact resistance and operational reliability in challenging aquatic environments. The vessel supports a payload of up to 50 kg, allowing integration with ADCPs, multibeam echo sounders, side-scan sonar, and water quality sensors for complete end-to-end hydrographic solutions.

Its advanced hull design incorporates titanium alloy mesh covers and hybrid pressure conversion technology to minimize entanglement risk from aquatic vegetation, while dual-motor propulsion ensures consistent maneuverability. Equipped with full GNSS + IMU positioning, a high-sensitivity 200 kHz single-beam echo sounder, and an optional CHCNAV HQ-400 multibeam system, the APACHE 4 Pro delivers accurate, high-resolution depth and flow data. The Android-based EasySail controller provides intuitive mission planning, live video monitoring, and data post-processing via 4G and 2.4 GHz connectivity, ensuring precise and efficient hydrographic survey execution.
