D1-X

Heavy-lift multirotor drone with 40 lb payload capacity

The D1-X is a powerful quadcopter drone offering an impressive carrying capacity of 40 lbs. Featuring simultaneously usable top and bottom payload rails for maximum versatility, the unique airframe is designed to carry batteries perfectly centered to all three axes, ensuring optimal flight dynamics and performance.

Both arms and landing gear are foldable for maximum portability, and the latter can be optionally removed to allow use of Copterworks’ range of quick-disconnect payload accessories, which are currently under development. All onboard electronics are housed within three sealed compartments, providing reliable protection against moisture, dust, and challenging weather.

The complete D1-X package includes an Orange Cube flight controller and Herelink GCS as standard, with other options available upon request.

AF20

Electric unmanned helicopter airframe with 25 lb payload capacity

The AF20 is a versatile electric unmanned helicopter offering drone operators a quiet and clean-running option when gas engine-powered platforms are not an option. Delivering up to 25 minutes of flight time, the new version 2 of this tough platform features a sealed wet gearbox with hardened steel gears, and 25mm payload attachment clamps that allow the helicopter to be outfitted for a wide variety of use cases.

The product is shipped as standard as a bare airframe with motor and ESC, and a full electronics package with flight controller is also available for domestic customers.

AF40

Gasoline-powered helicopter UAV with three engine options

The AF40 is a dependable workhorse helicopter UAV designed to require as little maintenance as possible. Built from a combination of carbon fiber and metal components, it provides an ideal balance between light weight and durability under demanding longterm industrial conditions.

The long-endurance platform features large-capacity fuel tanks that provide the base model with nearly two hours of flight time, and front and rear attachment points allow payloads to be connected and distributed to suit your specific mission requirements.

The AF40 ships as standard as a bare airframe without electronics or wiring, and ready-to-fly electronics packages can also be provided upon request. Three different engine options are available:

• Two-stroke 80cc
• Four-stroke 125cc with on-board starter/generator
• Four-stroke 125cc with on-board starter/generator and EFI

D2

Coaxial octocopter drone with heavy-lift & redundancy capabilities

The D2 is a coaxial octocopter platform that offers the same 40 lb capacity and similar proportions to the D1-X while also providing redundant capabilities for enhanced safety and security. As with the D1-X, it features simultaneously usable top and bottom payload rails, folding arms and landing gear, and perfectly centered battery placement.

Virtually all of our high-quality electronic components are off-the-shelf items, allowing the DIY option for some repairs by end users, and eliminating the need to send the aircraft back to Copterworks. The complete X8 package includes a Pixhawk Cube flight controller and Herelink GCS as standard, with other options available upon request.

Slingshot

Slingshot is a practical, attritable FPV quadcopter with a flight endurance of 25 to 35+ minutes and support for 10 to 12 inch propeller and motor sets. The platform is NDAA-compliant and offered in multiple configurations and trims to accommodate a range of mission and procurement requirements.

Designed and built in California, Slingshot features a compact, fully sealed folding-arm airframe that supports rapid deployment, transport, and repeatable production at scale. Operators can select ready-to-fly systems with a preferred flight controller or procure bare airframes supplied with motors and propellers, available either fully assembled or in kit form from Copterworks.
