Compact and lightweight IP67-rated ESC for drone motor control

microDRIVE LP is Hargrave Technologies’ smallest and lightest drone motor controller, designed from the ground up around the DroneCAN specification for easy integration into UAV platforms and deployment at scale. The versatile ESC enables you to choose between the company’s groundbreaking high-efficiency FOCAL or rapid-response trapezoidal drive algorithms, allowing you to tailor the solution to your specific needs.Compact IP67-rated ESC

Users can configure over 60 parameters and update firmware from the flight computer. Real-time telemetry allows you to monitor and capture critical data such as current, voltage and RPM, ensuring that issues can be spotted before serious problems occur. microDRIVE LP also provides a host of other advanced features including error-correcting memory, onboard diagnostics, and high-speed circular data logging with storage for up to 72 hours.

The rugged motor controller is IP67-rated for operation in harsh environments, and can be optionally provided as a fully NDAA-compliant product for U.S. government and defense applications.

High-current motor controller for medium VTOL platforms

The microDRIVE MP is Hargrave Technologies’ medium-power motor controller, delivering 60 V / 120 A performance for medium VTOL aircraft, loitering munitions, and uncrewed underwater vehicles that require sustained propulsion output in demanding operating conditions.

microDRIVE MPCombining continuous 120 A phase current capability with selectable control modes, microDRIVE MP allows users to choose between Hargrave’s high-efficiency FOCAL algorithm and a rapid-response trapezoidal drive profile. Integrated temperature sensing, multiple Hall-effect inputs, and an optional motor sense cable enable advanced functionality such as propeller parking and active thermal protection.

NDAA-compliant 4-in-1 ESC for high-volume UAS production

nanoDRIVE 4LPiThe nanoDRIVE 4LPi is a compact, NDAA-compliant ESC designed for high-volume UAS production. It features pre-soldered capacitors, a 5V auxiliary power supply, standard 30×30 mounting, and machine-mount capability for streamlined assembly.

Powered by Hargrave’s GateKEEPER core, it supports DroneCAN, ARINC825, DShot, and PWM protocols with over 60 configurable parameters. A dual-input priority system ensures reliable signal redundancy, while firmware updates via the flight computer enable mission-specific tuning.

The microFLUX 4LP offers a modular foundation for scalable UAS power architecture. Built in Australia from Western-sourced components, it combines supply chain assurance with proven performance. The unit operates from 15–60 V, delivers up to 8 A per channel, and maintains stable functionality between -20°C and 50°C.

High-current, NDAA-compliant dual-channel smart power supply

microFLUX 2MPThe microFLUX 2MP is a compact, high-current smart power supply delivering configurable, reliable power for UAS. It features two independently configurable output channels with digitally selectable voltage levels from 3.3 V to 28 V, enabling software-defined power delivery without hardware changes. With full DroneCAN support, the unit provides real-time visibility into voltage, current, and system status, supporting informed operational monitoring of mission-critical avionics and payloads.

Built using Western-sourced components and designed to meet NDAA compliance requirements, the microFLUX 2MP prioritises supply chain assurance and integration flexibility. Operating from a 15 to 60 V input range, it delivers up to 20 A continuous current per channel within the same compact footprint as the microFLUX 4LP, while maintaining stable performance between -20°C and 50°C.
