The Dolphin 3 is a smart, self-propelled water rescue device that allows rescuers to save swimmers without entering the water. Operated remotely from shore or from a vessel, it navigates quickly to a person in distress, who can hold on and be carried safely back. Designed to overcome the accuracy limits of traditional life rings, it can reach targets up to three times faster than human swimmers.
The system activates automatically when it contacts the water and rights itself within two seconds, ensuring uninterrupted operation in rough conditions. It provides both remote and local manual control options for adaptable response. With a maximum speed of 7 m/s and towing capacity of 1 ton, it can transport multiple survivors, lifeboats, or debris.
The built-in HD camera and waterproof monitor provide a live video feed for real-time tracking of survivors or hazards. An automatic return function engages if the remote signal is lost or the battery drops below a set threshold. The Dolphin 3 is available in two models: the standard Dolphin 3 and the Dolphin 3 Plus, which adds dual GNSS, auto-return, an onboard camera, and a remote monitor.
