Custom UAV & Drone Fuel Bladders

Our lightweight containment bladders are ideal for both civilian and military UAVs, providing a convenient and flexible method of carrying fuel and other liquids without taking up excessive space or payload capacity. The ability to expand and contract with the liquid level enables them to fit optimally into tight geometries within the fuselage and make efficient use of the space available. When not in use, the tanks can be folded or collapsed into a compact size.

We manufacture our bladders from a variety of durable materials, ranging from lightweight fabrics that weigh just 7 ounces per square yard to heavy-duty Kevlar-coated fabrics. They can be designed as ventless collapsing diaphragms or vented non-collapsing liners, and are equipped with airtight and leak-proof seals that prevent liquid from spilling during transport or flight.

We design each product to be as durable as possible to withstand the rigors of complex UAV operations, with resistance against punctures, UV radiation, and various chemicals.

Our UAV bladder tanks can be seamlessly integrated into a variety of airframes and are designed for rapid filling and emptying to minimize downtime. They are ideal for enhancing the operational capabilities of unmanned aircraft in a wide range of applications, including:

Custom Subsea ROV & AUV Bladders

We are highly experienced in developing subsea bladders for the unique demands of AUV (autonomous underwater vehicle) and ROV (remotely operated vehicle) applications. We can design custom solutions manufactured from high-strength and corrosion-resistant materials such as reinforced rubber or flexible polymers that can withstand depths of over 5000 feet.

The highly flexible tanks can conform to a wide range of spaces and geometries, making them ideal for integration into platforms where rigid storage solutions may not be suitable. They can be designed to withstand pressure, impact, extremes of temperature, and exposure to saltwater and chemicals over long periods of time.
