The Radar Altimeter from TUALCOM is a lightweight, ultra compact, FPGA-based system designed to provide precise above-ground altitude measurements for a wide range of airborne platforms. Using advanced digital signal processing techniques, it delivers accurate and consistent altitude data for high-speed operations, including UAVs, unmanned helicopters, and aircraft systems.
The modular architecture allows easy integration with both new and legacy avionics, while its low-SWaP design ensures suitability for weight sensitive and high performance platforms. With an update rate of 50 Hz and reliable performance up to 1.5 Mach, the Radar Altimeter provides all weather functionality and high measurement accuracy under demanding flight conditions. The system complies with MIL STD 810G and MIL STD 461F standards for environmental durability and EMI/EMC protection.
