Our unique greyscale process enables a range of properties to be varied in all three dimensions across the printed component, including mechanical strength, elasticity, and material density. Sand Casting

Our 3D printers can be used to produce molds and cores for metal casting at any required complexity level, from single pieces to medium-sized runs, and components can be manufactured without tools using the Binder Jetting process. With certified sand binder combinations for almost all castable alloys, our printers provide optimum results even with extremely large components of up to 4000 x 2000 x 1000mm in size.

Investment Casting

Investment casting with the voxeljet PMMA Binder Jetting process can be used to manufacture plastic components rapidly and cost-effectively. The process uses acrylic glass with excellent burn-out properties, and complex geometries can be produced in small and medium-sized batches without the need for costly pattern production. It is ideal for component sizes of up to 1000 x 600 x 500mm.
